The inspiration for this typeface was drawn from the rich history of colonial Bombay, a city that is deeply rooted in culture and tradition. As a native of Bombay, I drew from my personal experiences and surroundings, such as the stunning architecture of landmarks like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, the Municipality building, and the Asiatic Library. Additionally, the varied cuisines like Parsi and Marathi, and the names of streets, also provided ample inspiration for this project.
